Machining Standards
We analyze STEP (.stp, .step), IGES (.igs), DWG, and DXF files. For complex CNC prototype or production runs, 3D STEP files provide the most accurate tool path generation.
Our standard machining tolerance is +/- .005 inches. Tight-tolerance requirements down to +/- .0005 inches are verified using calibrated micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
Material Versatility

We machine billet aluminum, tool steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, and high-performance plastics. Material certifications are provided upon request with your shipment.
